The five extrusion lines, located in a separate production hall, are used primarily to manufacture pipes for the Piping Systems Division. The pipes, manufactured from PVC and polypropylene with diameters of up to 250 mm, are used for sewage, infrastructure, wastewater, and more.
The extrusion lines are equipped with all the machinery required for the automated manufacture of pipes and preparation of pipe heads for sewage and wastewater. All products are manufactured to The Standards Institute of Israel standards and are subject to constant quality control.
The inflow of raw materials into the machines is fully automated, requiring limited manpower and resulting in a highly efficient manufacturing process.
With over 40 years of extrusion manufacturing experience and a highly proficient team, the Extrusion Department manufactures pipes to international standards.
