Huliot's Operations Division serves the Company's business divisions: Piping Systems, Office, and the subsidiary Huliot Logistics Systems (HLS) providing engineering, mold handling, production, logistics, transportation, storage services and other services
The Operations Division comprises of the following departments:

Extrusion Department: Manufactures pipes from PVC, PP and other materials on five extrusion lines; sizes range of up to 250 mm in diameter

The Extrusion Department manufactures products ranging from 32 mm to 250 mm in diameter. |

Injection Molding Department: Performs product injection molding using a large number of injection molding machines ranging from 35 tons to 600 tons. Huliot specializes in injection molding using PVC, PP, polystyrene and other materials.

The Injection Molding Department provides manufacturing services to both the company's divisions and external customers using a variety of injection molding machinery.

From concept to delivery
Huliot provides customers with a complete turnkey solution - from the planning stage through to delivery to the end customer.
The Operations Division specializes in a wide range of manufacturing and processing technologies such as injection molding and extrusion, using a variety of materials including aluminum, wood, and plastics. It also specializes in the assembly of sophisticated products on efficient and complex assembly lines.
As a manufacturing subcontractor, the division offers manufacture of parts, sub-assemblies, and finished products, serving a wide range of industries including plastics, high-tech, consumer, and medical products. Customers include leading Israeli companies such as Plasson Ltd., PV Ran, Hydro Industries Ltd., Naan Dan, Kidron, Palrig, and others.
The Operations Division employs 140 skilled employees at its manufacturing site in Kibbutz Sdeh Nechemia and 15 employees at the logistics warehouse in central Israel, ensuring efficient delivery of products to customers nationwide.
