The Injection Molding Department manufactures all the injection-molded products for Huliot's business divisions using advanced machinery ranging from 35 tons to 600 tons clamping force. The department handles a wide variety of materials including PVC, polypropylene, polystyrene, HDPE, and more.
The department produces parts of many shapes, sizes, and materials for in-house use by the Company's commercial divisions as well as external customers.
The Department's skilled team of employees attends to every aspect of manufacturing, from the molds setups on machines, to their maintenance in the mold warehouse which contains over 800 different molds. Adjacent to the Injection Molding Department, is the Engineering Department which designs molds for customers and also builds and maintains molds at the workshop situated there and via subcontracting.
After injection molding, products are assembled, packaged, and prepared for pre-delivery quality control.
